Domestic Shipping within United States
We offer free USPS shipping on all orders over $145 across the continental United States. Purchases under $145 will be charged $11.99 for USPS Priority Mail insured shipping. All orders will typically be sent within 2-3 business days of purchase, pending payment verification and availability. Shipping times generally take 5 to 7 business days.
Pick-up in Santa Fe, NM
If you live in Santa Fe and would like to pick up your order, please e-mail us at hello@immortalthreads.net. And we will let you know when and where you can pick up your Immortal Threads. We will refund your shipping if you paid for it.
International Shipping
We do offer International Shipping, however, prior to placing your order you must email us at hello@immortalthreads.net so we may give you shipping rates to your location.
Packaging
We love the Earth almost as much as we love a pair of our soft, worn in jeans. All orders are shipped out in environmentally-friendly, post-consumer recycled material packaging and are reusable.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
When you place an order, Immortal Threads is not liable for any delays or damage done by the shipping service. Immortal Threads does not assume any responsibility for lost packages once we have shipped your order to the requested address. Sadly, pandemics included.
Incorrect Shipping Address
For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are re-shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Exceptions to our Return Policy may apply and are at our discretion. ALL discounted items are final sale.
Immortal Threads will accept unwashed, unaltered and unworn full-price merchandise for exchange or merchandise credit.

The merchandise must be received within 10 business days from the date that the shipment was received. If you live outside the United States, the merchandise must be received within 20 business days from the date that the shipment was received.
Please e-mail hello@immortalthreads.net with your order number and once we have confirmed your return you will be provided a return address to ship the item to. Please use the packaging you received your item in to return it to us.
Once we receive the package, your exchange or merchandise credit with Immortal Threads will be issued. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received.
